If Missing, Check in Shelburne

If Three@Sea and here crew ever end up missing, check Sheburne, Nova Scotia before calling the Coast Guard. 🙂 Shelburne is another great Nova Scotian town. Originally settled by loyalist fleeing the United States after the Revolutionary War, the town has done a remarkable job maintaining it’s historical buildings. The atmosphere is idyllic, but once again it is the people that make Shelburne sparkle. Shelburne Yacht Club prides itself on being the friendliest marina in Nova Scotia. I think they might be right, and that is really saying something in a province where everyone is friendly. For mariners and road-warriors alike, put Nova Scotia at the top of your list for a visit. You’d be hard pressed to find another area with more natural beauty, historical significance, great lobster, wonderful music, and friendlier people. Ayla has aleady picked out the site for her B & B. 😉

    Hi Kathryn;

    Shelburne sounds like a great place. Sorry I didn’t get there when I was in Nova Scotia a few years ago. Hope your still planning on coming back to Boulder after the trip.
